Fujairah's Traffic and Licensing Services Centre has topped the UAE's latest government service rankings with seven stars. Emirates 24|7 reports that 179 service channels across 27 federal entities were assessed. Customer service improved across physical centres, digital platforms and call centres. The rankings measure service quality, not which centre has the shortest queue today.
The details
Fujairah's Traffic and Licensing Services Centre has achieved the highest rating in the UAE Government Services Star Rating System for 2026.
The results were approved by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Wednesday, 4 November.
The latest evaluation covered 179 government service channels operated by 27 federal entities.
The Fujairah traffic and licensing centre received a seven-star classification, the highest rating in the latest results.
Other highly rated services included the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Fujairah and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security's customer service centre in Ras Al Khaimah, both receiving six stars.
A Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation contact centre received a five-star rating.
The evaluation found that performance at physical service centres improved by 5%, while digital channels improved by 4%.
Contact centres recorded the largest improvement, at 13%.
The government rating system assesses service quality and customer experience, with the aim of improving reliability, accessibility and the way people interact with government departments.
The figures reflect an evaluation of government services, not a new entitlement or guarantee of shorter processing times for individual transactions.
For residents, the results highlight the government's continued focus on improving frontline and digital services.
